  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ onion , finely chopped
  • 1 package (12 oz) spicy ground pork sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup Ranch-style salad dressing
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 package (8 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 dash of optional hot pepper sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch of white sugar
  • 1 unbaked deep dish pie crust (9 inches)
