  • 2 cups fresh peaches , peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
