Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of peanut oil
  • 1 can (14 ounces) of thinly sliced bamboo shoots
  • 2 tbsp of peanut oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic , minced
  • 1 fresh red chili pepper , seeded and minced
  • ร‚ยฝ tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 ounces of ground pork
  • 1 tsp of Shaoxing rice wine
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp of rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp of soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp of chicken broth
  • 3 green onions , thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil

Instructions

  • Heat one tablespoon of peanut oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Add the bamboo shoots to the wok and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until they become dry and fragrant. Remove from the wok and set aside.
