  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt


  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Use a fork to poke a few holes into the potatoes.
  • Place the potatoes on the baking sheet.
  • Rub the potatoes with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle sea salt liberally all over the potatoes.
  • Bake the potatoes for 45 to 60 minutes, or until they are fork-tender and the skin is crisp.
  • Slice open each potato.
  • Fluff the insides of the potatoes.
  • Serve the potatoes with desired toppings.
