  • 6 yellow onions , medium-sized, with the peel
  • 2 cups of chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper , to taste
  • 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary , chopped
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
