Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of fusilli pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise

  • 1 red bell pepper , seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 ribs of celery , finely chopped
  • 2 whole scallions , thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces of pulled pork
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Chopped parsley leaves , for garnish
  • 2 cups of ketchup
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons of light brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot over high heat.
