  • 1/2 (12 oz) package of crushed vanilla wafers
  • 3 eggs , separated
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 8 oz of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) package of softened cream cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cream of tartar


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Wrap the outside of an 8-inch springform pan with aluminum foil and coat the inside with cooking spray.
