  • 3 sprigs of fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 can (28 ounces) of kidney beans , drained
  • 2 cups of chicken stock
  • 1 can (14 ounces) of coconut milk
  • 1 Scotch bonnet pepper , stemmed
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • ยฝ teaspoon of ground allspice
  • ยฝ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
