Set the Instant Pot® to the high saute setting and add the red wine, port, half of the clementines, and half of the apples.
Cover the pot with the glass lid and cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until the mixture is warmed through. Make sure it does not boil.
Change the setting to keep warm and garnish with the remaining clementine and apple slices.
