  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 6 ounces of diced salt pork
  • 6 ounces of bacon , cut into small pieces
  • 1 small onion , finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups of water , divided
  • cup of molasses
  • ¼ cup of ketchup
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard

  • In a multi-functional pressure cooker, combine water and beans.
  • Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker.
