  • 1 serrano chile , deseeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 avocado , deseeded and flesh removed
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • Avocado slices
  • 4 lime wedges
