  • 1 cup of dry white wine , like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio, with additional as required
  • 1/2 pound of grated Emmentaler cheese
  • 1/2 pound of grated Gruy√®re cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of kirsch (optional)
