  • 1 bag (10 ounces) of fresh green beans , with the ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
  • 4 fillets (4 ounces each) of mahi mahi
  • 2 tablespoons of melted salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic , minced
  • 1 can (10 ounces) of diced tomatoes and green chiles , drained
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • A pinch of salt and ground black pepper , to taste
