  • 115 grams of Mascarpone cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 ml of Milk
  • 100 ml of Heavy cream
  • 50 grams of Granulated sugar
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 40 grams of Granulated sugar (for the caramel sauce)

  2. Add the vanilla bean and half of the granulated sugar to the pot.
  3. Heat the milk mixture until it is just before boiling.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining granulated sugar with the mascarpone cheese.
  5. Use a whisk to mix the sugar and cheese together.
  6. Add the eggs, one by one, to the sugar and cheese mixture. Stir everything together.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and continue whisking.
