  • 1 1/8 teaspoons of ground cinnamon , divided
  • 2 extra-large eggs , at room temperature
  • 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 pound (1 stick) of unsalted butter , melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
