  • 1 unbaked pie crust , 9 inches
  • 1 ½ cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 4 large beaten eggs
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
