Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds of tomatoes , chopped
  • cup of onion , chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of celery , chopped
  • 1 small carrot , chopped
  • ¼ beet
  • ¼ cup (approximately)
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 ⅓ cups of water , or as needed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons of white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of horseradish
  • ¼ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce , or to taste
  • teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 quart sterilized canning jar with lid and ring
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons of salt

Instructions
 

  • Process tomatoes, onion, 3 tablespoons plus 1/2 teaspoon celery, carrot, beet, green bell pepper, and garlic in a juicer.
  • In a large pot, combine the vegetable juices, water, lemon juice, 1 1/4 teaspoons sugar, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and let it cook for about 20 minutes to blend the flavors.
  • While the mixture is cooking, sterilize a jar and lid by boiling them in water for at least 5 minutes.
  • Ladle the juice into the sterilized jar.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon sugar and salt into the juice.
