  • 1/4 cup of Creole or spicy mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of minced dill pickle
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large clove of garlic , minced
  • 2 teaspoons of minced chives
  • 1/2 pound of medium shrimp , peeled and deveined
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of Miss Browns House Seasoning (recipe follows)
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1/2 medium onion , chopped
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper , seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper , seeded and chopped
  • 6 ounces of andouille sausage , sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 clove of garlic , minced
  • 6 large eggs , beaten
  • 1/4 cup of whole milk
  • 1/2 cup of shredded white Cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons of thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
