  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese , softened
  • 2 cups of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (1 ounce) of dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon of dried minced onion
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ cup of minced fresh chives
  • Crackers for serving
