  • 1 green bell pepper , chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic , minced

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 teaspoons salt , or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ยฝ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups chicken stock , or enough to cover
  • 1 cup green peas
  • ยฝ cup sliced black olives
  • ยฝ cup raisins
  • ยผ cup chopped pimento peppers

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
