, drained and rinsed

of corned beef from the deli
, sliced into strips
¾ cup of Russian-style salad dressing
Cooking spray

of shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Grease one sheet of aluminum foil with cooking spray.
Arrange bread cubes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Layer the bread cubes with sauerkraut and beef strips.
Pour dressing over the top of the bread cubes, sauerkraut, and beef strips.
Place the greased aluminum foil over the baking dish, with the sprayed side facing down.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and discard the foil.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese over the casserole.
Continue baking until the cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 10 more minutes.
