4(6 ounce) mahi mahi fillets, cut into 1-inch slices

Instructions
Combine mango, avocado, tomato, red onion, red pepper, parsley, canola oil, brown sugar, lime juice, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl.
Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place the salsa in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Place taco shells in the preheated oven and bake until they become crispy, which should take around 5 minutes.
Season the mahi mahi with 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the mahi mahi in the heated olive oil until the fish easily flakes, which should take about 3 minutes per side.
Take the cooked mahi mahi slices and place them inside the taco shells.
