Worcestershire sauce

hickory-infused barbecue sauce

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine celery salt, pepper, salt, garlic salt, and onion salt. Mix well.
Add Worcestershire sauce to the spice mixture and stir until well combined.
Spread the spice mixture all over the beef brisket.
Place the seasoned brisket into a slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on Low for approximately 8 hours, until the beef is tender and can easily be pulled apart with a fork.
Once cooked, transfer the beef brisket to a cutting board.
Use two forks to shred the beef into small pieces.
Take 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid from the slow cooker and transfer it to a saucepan.
Stir in Russian dressing and barbeque sauce into the saucepan with the cooking liquid.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker.
Pour the barbeque sauce mixture over the shredded beef in the slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on Low for approximately 1 hour to allow the flavors to combine.
Serve the shredded beef and sauce on rolls.
