Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Prepare the yellow cake mix as instructed on the package and pour the batter into the greased pan.
In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Spoon the ricotta mixture over the cake batter in the pan.
Bake the cake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 45 minutes.
Once the cake has cooled, sprinkle it with confectioners' sugar.
