of ground beef (lean)

of salsa

can (16 oz) of chili beans

of crushed tortilla chips

of sour cream

can (2 oz) of sliced black olives
, drained

of chopped green onion
1/2
cup
of chopped fresh tomato

cups
of shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir the ground beef until it is browned and crumbly, which should take around 8 to 10 minutes.
Stir in salsa, reduce the heat, and let it simmer until the liquid is absorbed, which should take approximately 20 minutes.
Add the beans and continue to cook until they are heated through.
Spread the crushed tortilla chips evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
Spoon the beef mixture on top of the chips.
Spread sour cream over the beef, and then sprinkle olives, green onions, and tomatoes on top.
Cover the dish with Cheddar cheese.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake until it is hot and bubbly, which should take around 30 minutes.
