diced cucumbers (peeled and seeded)

Instructions
Combine mahi mahi, lime juice, lemon juice, jalapeno pepper, salt, oregano, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
Gently press down the fish to ensure it is fully submerged in the liquid.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, making sure the plastic wrap touches the fish.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours.
In a separate bowl, mix together avocado, cucumber, orange, chives, radish, cilantro, and olive oil.
Add the mahi mahi mixture to the bowl with the avocado mixture and gently toss until the fish is completely coated.
Season with salt to taste.
