Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, vinegar, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper until well combined.
Cut each pickle slice into quarters, resulting in a total of 48 pieces. Set both the sauce and pickles aside.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, using a spoon to crumble it and stirring often, until browned.
If desired, drain any grease from the skillet.
Add onion to the beef and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, remaining 1 teaspoon salt, and remaining ½ teaspoon pepper.
Remove the skillet from the heat.
Place one tortilla on a work surface and add ½ cup of Cheddar cheese onto it.
Top the cheese with about ½ cup of the beef mixture, 8 pieces of pickle, and approximately 1 teaspoon of the sauce.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it over the filling, creating a burrito.
Place the burrito, seam-side down, on a plate while you repeat the process for the remaining burritos.
Spray each burrito with cooking spray and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Place the burritos, seam-side down, in the air fryer
