package of burrito-size flour tortillas (17.5 ounces)

green onions
, sliced
1
large tomato
, diced
1
can of sliced black olives
, drained (4.5 ounces)

torn lettuce leaves

ripe avocado
, sliced
1
can of refried beans (16 ounces)

teaspoons
of dried onion flakes
½
teaspoon
of dried minced garlic

teaspoon
of salt
½
teaspoon
of ground cumin

teaspoon
of chili powder

teaspoon
of dried oregano

teaspoons
of water

package of shredded Cheddar cheese (16 ounces)

container of sour cream (8 ounces)
Instructions
In a large serving dish, arrange green onions, diced tomato, sliced olives, lettuce, and avocado.
Set aside.
Empty the can of refried beans into a microwave-safe bowl.
Season with onion flakes, garlic, salt, cumin, chili powder, and oregano.
Stir in water.
Cover the bowl and cook in the microwave on high for about 2 minutes.
Take a tortilla and spread a thin layer of beans on half of it.
Sprinkle cheese and your desired toppings on the beans.
Spread sour cream over the other half of the tortilla.
Fold the tortilla in half.
Fold it again into quarters.
Serve.
